Imagine being stranded in Korea cold and lost; was late for 10min and the travel bus is gone!!
What kind of Travel Agent would left tour member in a foreign countries with language barrier?
So irresponsible!
Can check with the Singapore Tour Leader who named KAREN TENG Email: karenteng@focaltravel.com.sg Tel: 63563033/63561766 who stood by and encourage the driver to leave us stranded. Even other tour member reminded tour guide and Karen but they insisted on leaving us stranded!
